Innovative multi-channel system for more precise rope analyses

A key feature of the ROPESYS devices is the innovative multi-channel system, which allows rope conditions to be analysed in even greater detail. In addition to the classic local faults (LF) and the determination of the metal cross-section loss (LMA), the system provides a high-resolution 3D heat map and analyses of the lay length of the rope. This combination ensures particularly precise diagnostics and increases the safety of rope installations worldwide.

Wireless, intuitive operation with cloud option

All devices in the ROPESYS series are wireless and particularly easy to use. Intuitive user guidance makes rope testing even more efficient and easier for users to carry out. The system is supplemented by an optional cloud connection, which enables AI-supported analysis of the measurement data. This allows operators to react more quickly to changes and optimise the maintenance of their ropes.
