Getting there & Parking

Where are the parking facilities?

There are only limited parking options for exhibitors at the Messe Innsbruck site, but there are several marked parking areas around the exhibition grounds. In addition, the Congress / City underground parking garage, the SOWI underground parking garage and the Kaiserjäger garage are located in the immediate vicinity. Paid parking spaces are also available at the exhibition grounds and in the underground parking garage. Please contact office@cmi.at.

How high is the entrance to the underground parking garage?

The entrance height to the underground parking garage is 2.10 m at the Kapuzinergasse entrance and 2.00 m at the Siebererstraße entrance.

Are there parking spaces for disabled people?

There are specially marked disabled parking spaces. Two are located in the area of the open-air grounds north at Gate 15. There are also designated disabled parking spaces in the Kapuzinergasse and Siebererstraße garages. In addition, depending on the event, further signposted parking spaces will be provided by Innsbruck City Council. You can find out more here: City map Innsbruck.

What train or bus connections are there? And which stop(s) should I use?

There are stops for all public transportation in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair.

Are there e-charging stations for electric cars?

In der Tiefgarage der Messe Innsbruck (Siebererstraße) befinden sich zwei E-Ladestationen für Elektroautos. Im Außenbereich beim Einfahrtsbereich zur Tiefgarage Siebererstraße befinden sich vier weitere Parkplätze mit E-Ladesäulen. Zudem können Sie in der Congress Garage an zwei E-Ladestellen ihr Auto aufladen.

Can exhibitors park free of charge?

What do I need to bear in mind when leaving the exhibition grounds?

The admission ticket is also required to leave the exhibition grounds and will be checked out by scan. Please have it ready at the exit!

The accessible WC facilities are located in the foyer of Hall A.

Is smoking permitted on the exhibition grounds?

Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas in the outdoor area.

Which items must remain outside?

The bringing and carrying of dangerous objects and weapons of any kind as well as fireworks and signal horns or horns and all other dangerous objects is expressly prohibited on the grounds of Congress Messe Innsbruck. Are dogs allowed at the trade fair?

No, dogs and other pets are not permitted on the premises. Assistance dogs are excluded (§ 39a BBG) - please bring proof of the dog's registration in the handler's federal disability pass.

When will I receive the invoice?

The advance payment invoice is issued approximately 1.5 months before the trade fair. The final invoice will be issued up to one month after the end of the trade fair.
